The handle on my trusty waterpik wd-100 was leaking badly at the handle. I hit the hose end with a hammer to separate the handle. Pulled the ring off the top of the hose. Sliced the hose vertically to remove it from the barb. Replaced the ring over the hose. Pushed the hose on the barb. Pushed the ring over the hose barb end closed the handle and taped it together, Works again. It is a several years old WP that I try to never run the pump dry and I hope to get some more life from it. |
